SABORES, HISTORIA Y TRADICIONES

* Desayuno tradicional oaxaqueño.
* Recorrido guiado por el Centro Histórico de Oaxaca.
* Visita a mercados tradicionales y degustación de sabores locales.
* Tiempo libre para explorar la ciudad.
* Por la noche, visita al emblemático Panteón de Xoxocotlán para vivir una de las tradiciones más conmovedoras del Día de Muertos, rodeados de música, flores, velas y altares.

DÍA 3
MEZCAL, CULTURA Y COMPARSAS
1 de noviembre

* Visita a Hierve el Agua y sus impresionantes paisajes naturales.
* Recorrido por Mitla, una de las zonas arqueológicas más importantes de Oaxaca.
* Experiencia de mezcal artesanal entre campos de maguey.
* Visita a un taller tradicional de textiles.
* Por la noche, participación en las vibrantes comparsas de Villa de Etla, una de las celebraciones más auténticas y coloridas del Día de Muertos.

DÍA 4
MONTE ALBÁN, ALEBRIJES Y CELEBRACIÓN
2 de noviembre

* Visita guiada a Monte Albán, Patrimonio Mundial de la UNESCO.
* Experiencia gastronómica tradicional oaxaqueña.
* Visita a San Martín Tilcajete para conocer el arte de los famosos alebrijes.
* Tarde y noche en el Centro Histórico disfrutando de desfiles, comparsas y festividades de Día de Muertos.
* Cena especial con degustación de mezcal.

* Evening visit to the iconic Xoxocotlán Cemetery, where we’ll experience one of Mexico’s most meaningful Day of the Dead traditions surrounded by candlelight, flowers, music, and family altars.

MEZCAL, CULTURE & COMPARSAS

* Visit to the breathtaking natural wonder of Hierve el Agua.
* Explore the archaeological site of Mitla.
* Experience Oaxaca’s ancestral mezcal culture among agave fields.

Janette Inda is a certified Hatha yoga teacher with principles in Iyengar and therapeutic yoga graduated from Loyola Marymount University in California. Also as a passionate yogini for yoga she traveled to India to delve deeper into traditional yoga and further her career taking some courses like basic Ayurveda and other workshops on pranayama and yoga philosophy. Nowadays she has been doing special research in the behavior of the human mind, and how it controls the body.
