Also connect with locals and delight traditional Costa Rican dishes. participate in group walks to discover beautiful local beaches, enjoy spectacular sunsets/sunrises, and immerse yourself into beautiful jungle by visiting waterfalls, local spices farms, and most importantly, spending solo time for personal reflection or to connect with locals to make this trip a real traveling experience, which is one of the mainly focuse of therabe yoga. Our Location
Manuel Antonio is located on the Central Pacific coast of Costa Rica, about 3 hours driving from the city San Jose where we will arrive first. Manuel Antonio is famous for its very unique National Park, which features beautiful white-sand beaches, lush rainforests, abundant wildlife like monkeys and sloths, and various hiking trails.

Our Staying
Nestled in the heart of nature. Our retreat center offers a tranquil escape surrounded by vibrant jungle, greenery. And a serene sanctuary that perfectly blends modern with the natural beauty of the jungle. Whether lounging by the pool, gathering on the rooftop terrace, or exploring the surrounding area, our staying promises a truly unforgettable stay.
Our Food
Our daily menu blends the traditions of costa Rican cuisine with a mindful approach to nutrition and brimming with locally grown produce. (some Dinners will be held outside of our staying at traditional and popular restaurants with high standard in cleanliness and healthy food)
SPECIAL DIETS: Whether you’re an omnivore, vegetarian, vegan, or gluten-free, we will make sure you’re well-nourished and have an amazing culinary experience during your stay.


Wellness Practices
We will start our days with an invigorating but smooth vinyasa yoga practice that will boost your energy and your gratitude by Aligning body and breath with your intentions for the day ahead. Also Pranayama, mindfulness meditation and journaling will be part of these mornings!.
Our late afternoon class will help you prepare to end your day with harmony and peace, through gentle yin yoga, restorative postures focused on breathing exercises and yoga Nidra (Yogic sleep) mixed level.

Your Accomodation
During your stay, you’ll be welcomed into a peaceful space designed to help you fully unwind and reconnect. Our accommodations are simple yet comfortable, blending naturally with the serene surroundings.
Pay in installments
A $500 non-refundable non-transferable deposit is required to hold your spot for the retreat upon registration.
By January 21st, 2026, 50% of your remaining balance is due.
By March 21st, 2026, the remainder of your balance is due.
Registrants are welcome to complete their retreat payments sooner.

Janette Inda. Our Retreat Host.
Janette Inda is a certified Hatha yoga teacher with principles in Iyengar and therapeutic yoga graduated from Loyola Marymount University in California. Also as a passionate yogini for yoga she traveled to India to delve deeper into traditional yoga and further her career taking some courses like basic Ayurveda and other workshops on pranayama and yoga philosophy. Nowadays she has been doing special research in the behavior of the human mind, and how it controls the body.
